Surico or Fried Fish Comb


The Place is the Gulf of Squillace, the banks and those of Squillace Lido Copanello !
The fish are " Surico " mainly looks Trigliozzi Tracina and also a little small!
Here is the recipe: Ingredients
eye: fish caught! white flour, corn meal, seed oil, all to taste

I could not take a picture of fried when cooked, the guests gave me no time! The
Surico are a rarity and those who had the good fortune to enjoy them will surely agree with me when I say I have a unique flavor!
Every year during the holidays Summer in the month of August, we caught a "takeaway" caught fish, Mimmo cleans it and then freeze for up to bring it home ... 1200 km away, in the middle of the Po Valley!
