Pasta with Tomato Sauce Genovese



5 persons Ingredients 3 red onions
Kg 1 Kg Beef stew
1 cup dry white wine

Fresh Basil Extra Virgin Olive Oil Salt

0.500 kg Pens Smooth (Proposed)

This dish can only be achieved if the onions are Red Tropea!


Procedure:

Chop the onions finely and place in a large pan with the bottom pan with ½ cup of extra virgin olive oil and 2 glasses of water.







Put the pan on the stove over medium heat and let simmer for about 1 hour having checked that the onion does not stick to the bottom, add more water if necessary.















After about an hour stew and add the basil, season with salt and continue cooking for another half hour.

Now add the white wine and stir and always making sure that food does not stick to the bottom continue cooking for another 30 minutes and again if necessary, add more water.

Cooking times are approximate, and it is absolutely necessary to "navigate to view" the pictures speak louder than words! When cooked, transfer the stew into a container





and the "sauce" of onions seasoned pasta. Et voila
first and second are ready!
